歩いても、走っても、自分のペースで楽しめる無料の5kmイベントです。初めての方も、おひとりでも、ご家族やお友達と一緒でも、気軽にご参加ください。
大切にしているのは、みなさんの健康づくりと、人と人とのつながり。体を動かすきっかけに、会話を楽しむ時間に、新しい仲間づくりに。土曜の朝を一緒に過ごしませんか。
このイベントが毎週開催できるのは、支えてくださるボランティアのみなさんのおかげです。準備や案内、見守りなど、温かい支えに心から感謝しています。ボランティアとしての参加も大歓迎です。
